North Dakota State Education Licensing Requirements:
Please see http://www.nd.gov/espb/licensure/: An Initial License Applicant from out-of-state must have earned a teacher education degree from a college or university and must meet all ND standards and requirements regarding coursework and testing. If an educator has earned a teacher education degree from an out-of-state college or university but is missing some ND requirements, he or she must agree to complete requirements for full ND licensure within 2-4 years to receive an out-of-state Reciprocal License. Applicants must have successfully completed their teacher education program with a GPA of 2.5 or higher, completed at least 10 weeks of full-time supervised teaching, complete a fingerprint screening, be recommended for licensure by recent supervisors, and pay all applicable fees.
