Utah State Education Licensing Requirements:
If you have a standard renewable educator license from another state and would like to apply for a Utah Educator License, complete an application (found at https://www.schools.utah.gov/curr/licensing/forms), submit the application fee of $75 by check or money order made out to the Utah State Board of Education, complete a USBE fingerprint background check ($40 fee) at by clicking on the “Educator Licensing Online” link at https://my.uen.org/myuen/guest/1, obtain your Comprehensive Administration of Credentials for Teachers in Utah Schools number (call 801.538.7740), complete appropriate endorsement applications, pass appropriate Praxis II Content Test, complete an Educator Ethics Review, submit original transcripts, submit the USBE Verification of Educator Experience form if applicable, submit copies of all current educator licenses, and include any additional documentation listed at https://www.schools.utah.gov/curr/licensing/earning?mid=2465&aid=1.
